Description
THIS ALLEY HAS HAD SO MANY TEMPORARY FIXES AND HAS BEEN DUG UP AND PATCHED SO MANY TIMES THAT IT IS IN DIRE NEED OF BEING TOTALLY RESERFACED WITH NEW ASPHALT. FILLING HOLES HAS NOT WORKED AND ONLY TEMPORARILY FIXES THE PROBLEM AND THEN MORE HOLES APPEAR.. OLD ASPHALT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED AND NEW ASPHALT NEEDS TO BE LAID.
