    A three-year review of DMV crash records (1.1.21 – 12.31.23) showed one crash at the intersection of Decatur and 5th St. 5th St is one way towards Hull St. No parking areas on Decatur to enhance intersection sight distance for vehicles using 5th St include a No Parking sign on the right and a fire hydrant on the left. No additional measures are planned.
