Description
Vegetation is growing over cement block wall on rear of property, blocking line of site in alleyway and creating traffic issues as cars and trash trucks need to drive onto the rear of my property at 2920 P Street. I did clean some of the alleyway vegetation. The trees that have been allowed to grow by owner are now growing into the telecommunication lines. These trees will damage the telecommunication lines.
