Description
The light changes for the lanes turning onto Leigh St and traffic heading West on Leigh St making a left turn on DMV Dr when there is no vehicle at the light to trigger a signal change. This leads to traffic being stopped and backed up unnecessarily for vehicles traveling East and West on Leigh St. Please correct this so that those signals only change to Green when a vehicle pulls up to the light.
