Description
This morning at 8:10 AM the traffic light on Forest Hill and the parking lot to Galley / Sheetz and other stores did not change after nearly 10 minutes of waiting. The light has functioned correctly each day I have used in over the last week. Today I was the 5th car in line, and after waiting almost 10 minutes the line stretched completely around the parking lot. I and others had to get out of line and take an alternate route.
