Description
Leigh Street between 8th and 12th is badly in need of repair. Many potholes, uneven payment, markings that are very faded and do not line up between blocks. Emergency vehicles and private vehicles on the way to the Emergency Room must use this road and it is in terrible condition. This small section must be prioritized for repair.
