Description

The new trash can on the corner of Floyd and Davis is overflowing, particularly wirh dog poop bags. It has been like this for days. Please have more frequent pickups for this can as it has quickly become a nuisance. It was a good idea to add this can, but not emptying it frequently defeats its purpose.
