Description
This elm tree was removed in spring. There is lots of vines overtaking the walkway/area and the stump is causing off shoots of new trees. A real eyesore that is complicating the sidewalks safe passage of pedestrains and wheelchairs. Once cleanup I can report the sidewalk repair.
