Description
The water main was replaced, work was completed around 12/23 or 01/24 (8 months ago). The paving that was left is unacceptable. Cars are driving WB in the EB lane to avoid the WB lane. Passenger vehicles, rescue vehicles and tractor trailers use this road daily. The Westbnd portion is especialy bad. It is shaking all of the houses when large vehicles pass. Many of these houses are +/-100 years old and have plaster walls with stucco exteriors that are being shaken on a daily basis.
