Description
Both sidewalk ramps at the corner of 9th and Main St. are inaccessible and riddlded with broken asphalt. There's a large gap between the sidewalk and the road preventing pedestrians from safely entering the pedestrian crosswalk. There is lots of loose asphalt and it sticks to the bottom of pedestrian shoes causing a hazard while walking on even and uneven surfaces.
