Description
The RVA DPU & DPW “grounds staff” must clear vines and vegetation from traffic signs, guard rails, pavement markings and utility poles @ the Riverside Drive & ST RT 147 “off ramp”. No sidewalks or alleys are located here. Guard rails, traffic signs, utility poles and highway markings are NOT the responsibility of RVA 4th District residents. Since 2022, I have observed vines growing on the STOP & Do Not Enter sign and guard rail. I’ve written MANY RVA 311 CSRS DPW work orders. Please help!!!
