- Staff · August 20, 2024The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed on Rogers St between Phaup St and Fairfield Ave for a 48-hour period averaged 24mph. This sample is in compliance with the posted 25 mph speed. The Transportation Engineering Division is not recommending a speed table.
