Description
4802 Augusta once had trees out front, but they have long since been taken down. As a result the house and much of the block is in desperate need of shade. It’s the only block in the vicinity so exposed to the sun. A tree on the city-owned side of the street would remove the burden from the homeowners to create shade for the block, mitigating the urban heat island effect.
