Description

The RVA DPW must be responsible for trimming vegetation growing above the DPU culvert pipe @ 6915 & 6912 Longview Drive. A 10 foot vertical drop exits @ the pipe. NO sidewalk or alley exits here. These two sites, with shear drops of 120 inches, are dangerous for residents, motorists and bicyclists. The RVA DPW staff must include these sites on their “mowing schedule”. The area above the culvert pipe, is identified with delineation markers. Special guard rails are needed here. Please!
