Description
VDOT & the RVA DPW must be responsible for clearing vines & vegetation from traffic signs, guard rails, light poles & pavement markings along the entire length of the North-bound, Riverside Drive “off-ramp”, to include Riverside Drive. Since 2022, I’ve seen & reported vines growing on the Stop & Do Not Enter signs & guard rails. RVA residents should NOT be tasked with State Route “off ramp” maintenance. The RVA DPW TEO & City Council must know that NO sidewalks or alleys are found here.
