Description
The alley partially blocked by a 16-20” hill made up of wood chips left behind by city-contracted tree removal in June if this year. Also, neighbor has added gravel on top of the original mound making it even larger in area and circumference. Vehicles are driving around it on to private property to navigate the alley. Some small low-riding vehicles (think Prius) cannot make it over the hill at all. The remainder of the alley needs pot holes filled and alley regraded
