The citizen states that the alleyway is need of repair. Water is pooling on top of the water line. Citizen had a prior request in / DPU27800 and it was completed with the following comments. Comment added by Field Engineer: HITE, TEDARRYL at August 7, 2024 11:27 amPublic This location was given to customer service to investigate a leak in the alley. No work by Storm Water crews is needed at this location and this request will be closed. Please assist with this issue.
