Description
Spoke to VDOT they advised to call 311; this is the 3rd Monday caller states before Carytown the street get real backed up to the bridge; there's no sign as to why. Caller states a sign is needed at the River Rd shopping Ctr. of this so that people have the opportunity to turn around at the bottom before approaching the hill.

- Staff · August 15, 2024An incident management system with changeable message signs to alert users when travel times are impacted on the Huguenot Bridge / River Rd / Cary St corridor is a good idea. This is a capital expense so it must be budgeted in the City Capital Improvement Plan.
