Description
There are several large trees in the alley behind our home. One tree is covered in ivy and appears to be dying. Limbs frequently fall during storms. Dominion and private arborists including True Timber will not cut or trim the trees. I would like the city to come out and determine who is responsible for the trees. It could be our neighbors on Oak Lane and/or us. It is not clear which side of the mid-line the trees are on.
