Time for weekly reminders landlord and tenants of the city ordinances - tenant advised ‘they never receive citations. So why move the cans’. Please enforcing this ordinance so that our streets are more welcoming and eventually, less work for city public works. https://www.rva.gov/public-works/trash-collection
