    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed sample on the Glyndon Lane was 20 mph. This sample is in general compliance with the 25-mph speed for residential streets. Therefore, we do not have plans to install speed tables.
