Description

The tree to the left of the driveway at 4402 Newport Drive has numerous big broken branches that are hanging down over the sidewalk and street. They are too high up for the homeowner to reach. Please assist with removing all dead branches, and assess whether the entire tree ahould be removed. In my opinion the whole tree should be taken fown as it does not appear healthy and drops big branches frequently.
