Description

TREE LIMBS ARE FALLING AND HANGING TO LOW TO THE SIDEWALK. THE LIMBS ARE HITTING PEOPLE IN THE FACE. THE TREES THAT NEEDS TRIMMING ARE IN FRONT OF THE BLDG. AND ON THE SIDE OF 23RD STREET. FROM THE CORNER OF 23RD AND MAIN STREET. THE TREE ROOTS ARE RAISING UP THE SIDEWALK. THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD.
