Description
I am inquiring to see if there are means in which the city of Richmond and or Dominion power can take down or do a considerable pruning of a very large tree. It currently over hangs power lines and is a threat to at least 3 houses. Dominion Power has been out 3x so far fixing lines in which were hit with limbs. We have been told to contact the Urban Forestry by a number of people. The department may have some suggestions. If possible can we have someone come out and look
