Description
submitted as request DPW000179486, which is marked completed. As far as I can tell, the orange traffic cone was removed from the hole in the pile of blacktop - can't tell if hole was filled in or not. Either way, there is still a PILE OF BLACKTOP on the road. If the city wants a speed hump there, make it a real speed hump. This is just a hazard, especially for cyclists or low-clearance vehicles. It is NOT fixed.
