Description
Other request was closed for a four-way stop at this intersection and did not allow comments. At the intersections of Leigh and Moore with Roseneath, you have to encroach the live lanes of traffic one by one, risking a collision, to cross over or turn into Roseneath because of the blind spots caused by the parked cars. At the very least, can no parking be extended one more car length at each corner?

- Staff · August 26, 2024Inspected location, all corners had corner clearance signs in place accept one due to the u-post being broken.
- Staff · August 27, 2024DPW must perform engineering studies in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. For the Roseneath Rd corridor DPW will collect traffic samples on Norfolk St and on Leigh St approaching Roseneath Rd to determine if all-way stops are justified. All traffic samples are outsourced so it may take a few months before we receive the data.
