Description
Please repair failing patch in the road which is located approximately where this pin was placed. The patch is sinking and located in the westbound bike lane on Forest Hill avenue. It is difficult to recall the exact location since i was cycling at the time, but it is a deep enough sunken area to cause a cyclist to crash and endanger their life due to the lack of separation between the bike lane and vehicle traffic.
