Description

32nd street is a cut through from Midlothian to hull with zero stop signs. This causes high speeds cutting through the neighborhood. I would like to request a stop sign at Lawson and 32nd street to slow down the cars and hopefully push them back out to the main roads and stop using the neighborhood as a cut through.

DPW must perform engineering studies in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. The intersection of 32nd St and Lawson St does not meet the MUTCD traffic requirements for an all-way stop.
