Description
The curb and gutter is deteriorating and is missing altogether in some places. This has been reported before and this remains an issue as this is a throughway street to Battery Park. Growth of vegetation has become an issue in this area and has been extremely challenging to maintain. Also this has become insafe as dirt crumbles into the street and can be a tripping hazard or make it unsafe for individuals parking their vehicles.
