Description
Gutters are broken and do not drain. I am handicap and when it rains I cant get out of my daughters car to get in my home. There is mud in the broken gutters because the water that holds in the gutters goes up several feet into my yard. This is urgent- we have asked for help many times. Im 84 yrs old and need it fixed so I can get in my home.
