Description

Sidewalk next to a large tree has been lifted over 12" above the original level due to the tree and is at best, a hazard to walk over and at worst, impossible to traverse with any level of disability. The large, old tree is amazing, so if anything can be done to keep it while also returning the sidewalk to it's original level, that would be ideal.
