Description

Maple tree deceased a few years now (no bark on the trunk) between sidewalk and curb. There are vines on this tree that have crossed over (and near power lines) from trees on our and a neighbor's property. I has been dropping branches for a while. The no parking signs have come and gone twice and the tree is still there. Is the weather preventing the actual removal of the tree?
