An inspector visited this location; at the time of inspection, neither the alley nor any part of the City's right-of-way (r/w) was blocked; the inspector will continue to monitor the location going forward to ensure the r/w remains clear; the construction superintendent stated that the only time the alley/street is blocked is for deliveries which is for a short time span.
