Description

Part of the tree in front of 3016 Stuart Ave appears to be dead. The very top of the tree has had leaves, but over the past two spring and summers the lower parts of the tree appear to be dead and the limbs continue to fall in storms. Photos attached are from September, April and July. It appears that less and less leaves are coming back, even before the big heat waves.
