Description
Large area of dead bark on main trunk. Many branches have sloughed off their bark and are shriveled downward. Most leaves are brown. Branches are dropping dead wood onto street and sidewalk. The tree is a Zelkova Serrata and is about 35 years old. Its roots have displaced areas of the sidewalk. Water main cover partially surrounded by roots.
