Description
Entire Forest Hill/Powhite Parkway interchange is overgrown with trees and vegetation including clogged storm drains full of grass and vegetation, and sidewalks that have low hanging branches that you must duck under to use the sidewalks. Sidewalks also full of weeds. All four vehicle ramps full of trash and overgrown limbs overhanging into lanes and fallen over vehicle warning signs. This is a very neglected section of one entrance to Forest Hill.
