Description
One of the trash cans in the alleyway is damaged - no lid. I don't know who it belongs to. The number on the damaged can is 01034447. It collects stagnant water (mosquitoes) and occasional wildlife. I noticed a miserable raccoon trapped in it this morning; I turned the can over to free it. Can the can please be removed? (We don't need a replacement; we need it gone.)
