Description
Caller states from the large trash trucks, etc. that travels the alley with axles that are large his property is eroded, and rainwater stands when it rains heavily which is causing mosquitos. There's two concrete strips of the alley and the rest of it is dirt, crud, etc. The alley needs to be made asphalt to solve this issue or concrete.
