Description
Excess trash and bags dumped in alley. Concern for inability to pass down alley if more accumulate. Trash day not until end of week. The excess trash starts with the can marked 2302 E Marshall and has begun to line up down the alley. Rats and other vermin will become an issue if this continues. Bags arent sealed. Starting to become a problem everyweek associated with this trash can in the alley.
