Description
Resident stated that the alley behind her home was to be fixed. Alley had deep potholes. Resident stated that the city came out an attempted to fill the holes. Resident stated that the wholes are worse than before. Now the holes are holding water and breed mosquitos. Resident stated that there is also a lot of trash in the alley as well.
