Description

Tree is #4216 and makes performing a left turn from Laburnum Ave westbound onto Hermitage Road southbound hazardous. The tree blocks the view of eastbound vehicles on Laburnum Ave as they approach the intersection. This intersection is already hazardous enough without the added hazard of an obstructed line of sight to eastbound vehicles as they approach the intersection.
