- Staff · June 10, 2025Dear Citizen, Thank you for your input regarding the congestion during rush hour at the intersection of Parkwood and Meadow. We have been analyzing this intersection since receiving your request. Based on our current evaluation, the intersection operates at a Level of Service (LOS) B, which is considered acceptable and does not currently warrant further modifications. As such, I will be closing this service request at this time, and no further action is needed. However, we will continue to monitor this location and plan to reassess the intersection in approximately six months to determine if any changes are warranted based on traffic conditions.
