Description
Vehicles are consistently illegally parked under the CSX train trestles. Service vehicles entering the Hungerford Oil site sometimes have access impeded by the number of vehicles in this stretch of E. Marshall St. No parking signs are needed. We have observed enforcement of these spaces by RPD, so we know parking is not permitted.
