Description

Request for all-way stop. "McDonough street, the road that does not have stop signs, has street parking that severely blocks visibility of drivers on 26th who do have stop signs. Cars drive quickly on McDonough, so paired with the diminished visibility, cars at the stop sign must inch out of the stop into McDonough to ensure no cars are speeding down the side road."

The Department of Public Works must perform engineering studies in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. The intersection of 26th St and McDonough St does not meet the MUTCD traffic requirements for an all-way stop. DPW will review for no parking regulations on the corners of McDonough St to improve visibility.

TB requested NP signs be installed on north side of McDonough St.
