    In speaking with Ms. Gwaltney, she mentioned the issue area is at lumpkin and Route 1. This area appeared to be impacted as work was being done. advised rim was bent and has already reached out to City Attorney for damage. Hole has been filled as of 26th, issue happened on 22nd.
