Ticket DPW000167733 WAS DONE INCORRECTLY. Please add a no parking zone on the north side of Canal Street about 15 ft from the parking garage egress. Trucks park in this area blocking the view when exiting the parking garage (on the back side of 901 E. Cary St). Call 804-659-3475 for questions.
