Description
Three oak trees in front of my house are unhealthy/rotting. During the storm on 09/07/23, large limbs from these trees came down on my house damaging the upper deck and railings to the front porch. Having just moved from Tucson, AZ, I didn't know about RVA311. I DID call the city and report it. Nothing happened. A week later we paid to have the limbs removed and the railings replaced. These trees CONTINUE to loose rotting limbs. It is not IF but WHEN they will create serious damage. Please help.
