Description
Trees in tree box in front of 4526 E Seminary Ave need pruning. The pin oak in the north end of treebox is dropping dead branches onto taxpayer vehicles, the red oak has lower branches needing removal (raise the canopy) as they are blocking the city streetlight. the city streetlight power line runs thru both trees.
