Description
When the two short term rental properties at 4304 and 4302 W Franklin St were being renovated, the construction crew simply tossed all of the trash from the house into the backyard/alley. There were toilets out there, windows, and all sorts of interior materials that sat back there for months. While the owners finally cleaned it up, there is now a significant amount of broken glass still in the alley. New gravel on the alley would significant help protect vehicles back there.
