Description
To prevent vehicle roll-over and vertical impact collisions in proximity to the two, vertical drops of 10 feet @ the RVA DPU stormwater culvert pipe entry & exits sites @ 6912 & 6915 Longview Drive, the RVA DPU & DPW TEO must engineer and install; safety edges; recoverable slopes; clear zones and “special guard rail treatments” along BOTH the North and South sides of Longview Drive above and in proximity to the boulder-filled channel. Comply with both Federal Highway and VDOT standards.
